Booth opens at 10-10:30 am, Main Exhibitor Showcase Noon  – 2 pm
$900 (plus credit card fees) for the 8′ x 8′ booth, two name badges, two lunches, two chairs, and a table

Move-in in available 3/3 from 4-6 pm and 3/4 from 7-9 am
* Times are subject to change. By purchasing the booth, you & your organization agree to the terms listed in the prospectus.
Booths will only be held once payment is received.

Once you complete the online form, please look for an email confirmation from MELISSA@WI-DON-COUNCIL.ORG to ensure your registration is complete. It is an automatic receipt and confirmation form that often gets sent to spam folders. If you are mailing payment, please follow the NEW MAILING INSTRUCTIONS on the form. You will receive confirmation once the registration form with payment is received. Booths will only be held once payment is made.

• Reach a Targeted Audience: Meet approximately 150 nursing executives, clinical leaders, D.O.N.s, Wound Certified Nurses, Infection Preventionists, and other nursing leaders, administrators, and consultants.
• Wide Membership Reach: WDONC members represent leaders from both for-profit and non-profit facilities, making up 80% of Wisconsin’s nursing homes. Additionally, thirteen of Wisconsin’s nursing home organizations extend membership to their clinical leaders.
• Interactive Technology: Utilize our interactive conference app to connect with attendees, making your interactions more engaging and productive.
• Dedicated Exhibit Time: Benefit from exclusive exhibit time with no competing sessions or activities during the show.
• Engaging Activities: Participate in fun activities designed to engage attendees throughout the event.
• Additional Networking Opportunities: Opt-in for a networking dinner, available for an additional fee, to further build connections in a relaxed setting.

• Exhibitor access includes our conference app, Whova!  It features great functions that the exhibitor will update and personalize.
• The attendee list will be available within two weeks of the conference.
• Lead Generation through the conference app. Exhibitors can scan attendees’ name badges and produce their own reports of attendees to follow up after the conference.
• 8′ x 8′ Pipe and Drape Exhibit Space – with 6′ Table, 2 chairs, shared wi-fi internet
• Electricity is available upon request for a fee.
• The package includes two attendee name badges and two lunches. Lunch is available to the exhibitors prior to the show’s start.
• Additional name badges can be purchased for lunch for $45.
• Networking opportunity during dinner and after the show for an additional fee.

Exhibitor kits will be available in early January 2025. and will find information from our exhibit company. It is emailed to you shortly after your Exhibitor Registration payment is received.

Click HERE for the layout of the Exhibit Hall and open booth space. During your registration, you can select your choices for an open booth.  Please do not choose a booth next to a competitor. Selection is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.  WDONC reserves the right to move or withdraw exhibitors for any reason.

• Attendees and exhibitors should not attend if they have symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to: fever, cough, stuffy or runny nose, loss of taste or smell, sore throat or other alignments. As healthcare professionals, we are all very familiar with COVID-19, so please follow the CDC guidelines for isolation and quarantine after testing positive, exposure, or close contact. Even if you are vaccinated, please don’t attend in person if you have symptoms.
• Please report any positive COVID-19 within five days.

You will enter the exhibit space through the Conference Center entrance.

Feel free to bring an attendee drawing gift. We’ll make sure we save time to do that near the end of the show! If you offer a raffle prize during the show, you must give it away at the show.

After your registration has been received, the contact person will receive an email providing information on how to complete your Exhibitor Profile inside the app. You will be able to provide the following information.

1. Have a 250-word or less description of your company and services for use in our mobile event app
2. Logo to use in .png or .jpg file format to use in the mobile app
3. Two .pdf formatted informational documents up to 10 MB size limit
4. Link a promotional video if you have one. 

WI Director of Nursing Council spends many hours making arrangements as soon as exhibitors submit their intent to be a part of the Exhibitor Showcase.  Booth space is limited and can sell out.  For this reason, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:  

If canceled 90 days prior to the event, 75% refund; if canceled between 89-45 days of the event, 50% refund. No refund; if registration is canceled within 45 days of the event, or no-shows, no refund.
