DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT THE BEST WESTERN OSHKOSH WE HAD TO CHANGE VENUES FOR SYMPOSIUM 2024. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AS THIS WAS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND WORKING TO ENSURE WE PROVIDE THE BEST EVENT EXPERIENCE FOR OUR ATTENDEES AND EXHIBITORS.

Move in available 2/26 from 4-6pm and 2/27  7-9 am

Once you complete the online form please look for a email confirmation from MELISSA@WI-DON-COUNCIL.ORG to ensure your registration is complete. It is an automatic receipt and confirmation form that often is sent to spam folders.  If you are mailing payment, please follow the NEW MAILING INSTRUCTIONS on the form and you will receive confirmation once the registration form with payment is received. Booths will only be held once payment is made.

If updates need to be made after your registration submission please email Melissa@WI-DON-Council.org or click the “Edit” link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

When registering please be prepared with the following information: 

1. Read the terms of exhibiting and the safety in meeting policy
2. Select three possible booth preferences from the layout
3. List of Attending Exhibitors and their email addresses
4. An email will be sent to the Primary Contact Name to complete the company information inside the conference app, Whova.

• Approximately 150 nursing executives, clinical leaders, new and seasoned D.O.N.s, Wound Certified Nurses, Infection Preventionists, and other Nursing Leadership, Administrators, and Consultants.
• WDONC membership includes leaders from for-profit and non-profit facilities from over 2/3 of WI Nursing Homes. 13 of Wisconsin’s nursing home organizaitons offer membership to their clinical leaders.
• Interactive conference app that allows exhibitors to interact with attendees inside the app.
• No sessions or activities going on during the show
• Fun activities to engage attendees
• Networking opportunity during dinner, after the show for an additional fee

• $850 for the booth until Nov. 15th, 2023. After that the cost will increase to $900
• Exhibitor access included to our conference app, Whova!  It features great functions that the exhibitor will update and personalize.
• Attendee list available within two week of conference.
• Lead Generation through conference app. Exhibitor can scan attendee name badges and produce their own report of attendees to follow up with after the conference.
• 8′ x 10′ Pipe and Drape Exhibit Space – with 8′ Table, 2 chairs, shared wi-fi internet
• Electricity available upon request for a fee.
• Includes two attendee lunch. Lunch is available to the exhibitors prior to the shows start. Additional name badges can be purchased for lunch for $35.
• Networking opportunity during dinner, after the show for an addition fee.

Exhibitors Kits will be available in early January 2024. and will find information from our exhibit company. It is emailed to you shortly after your Exhibitor Registration payment is received.

Click HERE for the layout of the Exhibit Hall and open booth space. During your registration, you can select your choices for an open booth.  Please do not choose a booth next to a competitor. Selection is subject to availability and is not guarenteed.  WDONC reserves the right to move or withdraw exhibitors for any reason.

• Attendees and exhibitors should not attend if they have symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to: fever, cough, stuffy or runny nose, loss of taste or smell, sore throat or other alignments. As healthcare professionals, we are all very familiar with COVID-19, so please follow the CDC guidelines for isolation and quarantine after testing positive, exposure, or close contact. Even if you are vaccinated, please don’t attend in person if you have symptoms.
• Please report any positive COVID-19 within five days.

Policies are subject to change. 

Information on where to drop off exhibitor material and where to park is coming soon. There is no parking attached to the FCEC. Exhibitors will have to drop off materials and park in available public parking.

You will enter the exhibit space through the Conference Center entrance.

Feel free to bring an attendee drawing gift. We’ll make sure we save time to do that near the end of the show! If you offer a raffle prize during the show, you must give it away at the show.

After your registration has been received, the contact person will receive an email providing information on how to complete your Exhibitor Profile inside the app. You will be able to provide the following information.

1. Have a 250-word or less description of your company and services for use in our mobile event app
2. Logo to use in .png or .jpg file format to use in the mobile app
3. Two .pdf formatted informational documents up to 10 MB size limit
4. Link a promotional video if you have one. 

WI Director of Nursing Council spends many hours making arrangements as soon as exhibitors submit their intent to be a part of the Exhibitor Showcase.  Booth space is limited and can sell out.  For this reason, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:  

If canceled 90 days prior to the event, 75% refund; if canceled between 89-45 days of the event, 50% refund. No refund; if registration is canceled within 45 days of the event, or no-shows, no refund.
