Once you complete the online form please look for a email confirmation from MELISSA@WI-DON-COUNCIL.ORG to ensure your registration is complete. It is an automatic receipt and confirmation form that often is sent to spam folders.  If you are mailing payment, please follow the NEW MAILING INSTRUCTIONS on the form and you will receive confirmation once the registration form with payment is received. Booths will only be held once payment is made.

If updates need to be made after submition of registration please email or click the “Edit” link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

When registering please be prepared with the following information: 

  1. Read the terms of exhibiting and the safety in meeting policy
  2. Select three possible booth preferences from the layout
  3. List of Attending Exhibitors and their email addresses
  4. An email will be sent to the Primary Contact Name to complete the company information inside the conference app, Whova.

Exhibitor Showcase Fee

  • $850 for the booth until January 13th, 2023. After that the cost will increase to $900
  • Exhibitor access included to our conference app, Whova!  It features great functions that the exhibitor will update and personalize.

  • Electricity available upon request for $20.

Expo Company Exhibitor Kit

Exhibitors Kits will be available in early January 2024. and will find information from our exhibit company. It is emailed to you shortly after your Exhibitor Registration payment is received.

Exhibit Hall Diagram and Layout

Click HERE for the layout of the Exhibit Hall and open booth space. During your registration you can select your choices for an open booth.  Please do not choose a booth next to a competitor. Selection is subject to availability and is not guarenteed.  WDONC reserves the right to move or withdraw exhibitors for any reason.

Safety in Meeting Policy

  • Attendees and exhibitors should not attend if they have symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to: fever, cough, stuffy or runny nose, loss of taste or smell, sore throat or other alignments. As healthcare professionals, we are all very familiar with COVID-19, so please follow the CDC guidelines for isolation and quarantine after testing positive, exposure, or close contact. Even if you are vaccinated, please don’t attend in person if you have symptoms.
  • Please report any positive COVID-19 within five days.

Where Do We Exhibit?

Symposium 2024’s Exhibitor Showcase is on Feb. 27th.  Please have your exhibit space setup prior to 10 am.  Set up time is listed above.

You will enter the exhibit space through the Conference Center entrance.

During the Show

Feel free to bring an attendee drawing gift. We’ll make sure we save time to do that near the end of the show! If you offer a raffle prize during the show, you must give it away at the show.

Whova – Our Conference App Information

After your registration has been received, the contact person will recieve an email providing information on how to complete your Exhibitor Profile inside the app. You will be able to provide the following information.

  1. Have a 250 word description of your company and services for use in our mobile event app
  2. Logo to use in .png or .jpg file format to use int the mobile app
  3. Two .pdf formated informational documents upto 10 MB size limit
  4. Link a promotional video if you have one. 

Cancellation Policy

WI Director of Nursing Council spends many hours making arrangements as soon as exhibitors submit their intent to be a part of the Exhibitor Showcase.  Booth space is limited and can sell out.  For this reason we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:  

If cancelled 90 days prior to the event, 75% refund; if canceled between 89-45 days of the event, 50% refund. No refund; if registration is canceled within 45 days of the event, or no-shows, no refund.

Room Block is booked with Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center

Exhibitors needing overnight accommodations can book individual rooms. Reservations for this event are by individual attendees and registration is hosted online. Reservations must be made on or before Friday, January 14, 2024.    At the Cut-Off Date, the Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale.  The hotel will determine, based on space availability, if the Client group rate will be honored after this date.

Hotel room rates are $ per night subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in.  Currently, all rooms are billed a $3.00 nightly municipal facility use fee, 10% occupancy tax as well as a 5% state sales tax. All rates are based on single occupancy. Any additional guests are $ 10.00 each per night. Children under of the age of 15 stay free with an adult in the room. 

Hotel guests are subject to any deposit policy and cancellation policy for individual reservations.
