Refund Policy
* All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
* If a facility is under State or Federal Survey at the time of the conference, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the length of attendance. Verification may be required.
* Individual registration fees, minus a $25 processing fee, will be refunded for cancellations received before February 12, 2025.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for no-show registrants.
* Refunds will be processed within one week following the approval of the refund to the original payment method.

It is required that the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council – Education Forum, Inc. keep the name, certificate issued, and license number of RNs and NHAs taking each course for a period of four years.
Nursing Contact Hours
The Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council – Education Forum, Inc. is a provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP17120, for 14 Contact Hours. A Certificate of Completion is signed after each session for the attendees who have completed each session of the course. The licensee must retain the certificate for four years after the course ends.
Nursing Home Administrator Participant Hours
The Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council – Educational Forum, Inc. is a Certified Sponsor of continuing education with the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB).
This program has been approved for Continuing Education for 13.75 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS – Approval#20260302-17.75-A110284-IN.
Wound Care Nurses
Our wound care sessions qualified for most wound recertification credits because we are an approved provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Contact your credentialing board for more information.

We use Whova as our conference website and app. You will receive instructions and access to download our conference app and website as we get close to the conference. All agenda, handouts, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, and activity updates will be on our conference app and website.
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation or Postponement
WDONC reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergency, inclement weather, or other ‘acts of God’. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a canceled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a canceled event cannot be rescheduled, WDONC will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the registration fees after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
